What genre of music does Synestial Music of the Spheres specialize in?
On the sacred side, we specialize in setting prayer texts of the BahΓ‘βΓ Faith to our own musical compositions. On the secular side, our original lyrics and musical compositions are within the hybrid genre of alternative/indie folk-rock (with a dash of blues and jazz thrown in for good measure). π
How long have the artists in Synestial Music of the Spheres been creating music?
WKM: I (William K Meessen) have been playing and composing music for over fifty years, with the last several years since I retired in 2020 having been devoted to learning (in my own humble ways using “beginner’s mindset”) about the entire audio engineering and music production process. This circuitous journey has helped me refine my musicality more than ever before.
ETO: I (Edward T Osenbaugh) have been playing and composing music for ___
JSJ: I (James S Jackson) have been playing and composing music for ___
Before their untimely transitions to the Great Beyond, Scott Strait and George Pal had both been playing and composing music for several decades. Those of us who are still around on this earthly plane of existence hope to do their musical legacies justice by recording their compositions for release as an album by The Mystic Weasels. Additionally, Scott’s musical offerings included his playing with The Elsewhen Guardinias.

Our music is distinguished by its spiritual depth and emotive harmonies, while also reflecting our attempts to use innovative performance and production techniques that are not bound by convention but observe the time-honored traditions of inspiring music-making the world over.
